We’re Hiring:

We’re currently seeking two experienced hairstylists/colourists to join our growing familia. This is a commission-based employee role with part-time and full-time availability (Wednesday to Saturday schedule).

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking stylists who are:

• Proficient in Goldwell colour and Oribe styling products

• Skilled in women’s and men’s haircuts, single-process colour, highlights, balayage, and up-styling

• Experience with special event styling and/or makeup is an asset

• Professional, warm, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience

• Experienced with an existing clientele base and hungry to continue building

• Clean, organized, and uphold high hygiene standards

• Passionate, collaborative, and always looking to grow creatively

Position Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent hair school graduate or student nearing graduation who is eager to kickstart their career in a dynamic, hands-on salon environment. As an Apprentice Hair Stylist, you’ll receive mentorship from senior stylists, gain real-world experience, and grow into your own clientele over time.

What You’ll Do:

• Support senior stylists and the owner with: Shampooing, blow-drying, colour applications, styling support, and hair prep

• Client check-ins and light front desk duties

• Contribute to creating a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere

• Stay informed on current trends, techniques, and products

• Practice excellent hygiene protocols and maintain a tidy station

• Passionate about the hair industry and hungry to learn

• Positive, self-motivated, and eager to grow

• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

• Someone who wants to build a clientele over time

• Detail-oriented, with a love for creativity and making people feel beautiful

• Familiarity with Goldwell colour and Oribe styling products is an asset

• Makeup or special event hairstyling experience is an asset
